What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form or chat assistant we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, venue or location, and any message you write. We may also keep a transcript of your chat conversation so we can respond accurately.
Why we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, check availability, send a quote and, if you book us, to deliver your event. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to your request and, where a booking is made, performance of a contract. We never sell your data.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
With your consent we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement tags. These set cookies to help us understand how visitors find and use the site, and to measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries. No tags are loaded until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, and you can decline at any time. Essential cookies needed for the site to function do not require consent.
Third-party embeds
Some pages embed content from YouTube (performance videos) and Elfsight (Instagram feed). These providers may set their own cookies when the content loads, governed by their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after your event date or last contact, then deleted, unless we need to keep them for accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it. Email info@brotherfromanother.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
